Fox-Kraft

Fox-Kraft is web-based editorial publishing for the automobile enthusiast. Although primarily focused on hot rods and custom cars, Fox-Kraft also gives consideration to vintage sports cars and special interest automobiles from the '40s, '50s, and '60s. Through editorial and photographic content, Fox-Kraft presents event coverage, news, and feature articles on distinctive automobiles.

Fox-Kraft assets include photographic archives from motor sports events spanning more than four decades. Examples include Bonneville Nationals speed trials and L.A. Roadster shows. Also available are out-takes from feature articles.

A large part of what you will see on the site comes from my experience as a spectator. It will be obvious that I didn't have before-the-doors-open access for photography at the big car shows or owner's spec sheets to write from. For such events, the site is mostly about the pictures. Other events inspire more editorial commentary. With the SEMA show coverage, I try to introduce some new products along with the buffed and gleaming show cars. Throughout the site, the presentation is fairly straightforward, kind of like magazines of old, but with longer pages.
